T3L Group (TARIFOLD, 3L OFFICE, PROBECO) acquires JALEMA B.V.
Pursuing its strategy to offer a portfolio of expert brands in the field of visual communication and workplace organization, the T3L Group have announced today that the Dutch company JALEMA B.V. will be acquired as of July 1st, 2019.

The T3L group, founded in 2008, has manufacturing sites in Denmark, France and presence in over 60 countries.
The group of companies offers a wide range of products including office supplies, signage solutions, custom made, graphic solutions, shop fitting products and industrial products.
Its main brands include TARIFOLD (Display Systems, Filing and Signage), 3L OFFICE (Self-adhesive and Indexation). PROBECO is producing Custom- and made to measure products.
JALEMA B.V. was founded in 1947. With strong brands such as JALEMA, ATLANTA and DATAPLUS, it has established itself as one of the leading providers of office supplies for information management and organization. JALEMA is famous for inventing the JALEMA clip, a smart archiving system that has reached worldwide acclaim.
