T3L Group has acquired all assets of Johnsen Plast A/S
Johnsen Plast A/S, a manufacturer of welded soft plastic solutions since 1970, will become an integrated part of Probeco A/S, a company within the T3L Group.
The manufacturing equipment of Johnsen Plast A/S will be moved to the newly renovated and modern facilities at Probeco A/S in Løgstør.
Malene Johnsen, CEO and 2nd generation of the family Johnsen, will continue as an employee of Probeco A/S and will be in charge of the customers originating from Johnsen Plast A/S.
Through this acquisition, Probeco A/S will further expand its manufacturing capabilities and know how within welding of soft foils and the company now employs 70 people.
