T3L Group has acquired all assets of Due Plast based in Løgstør, Denmark.
Due Plast will be an integrated part of Berg & Probeco A/S also based in Løgstør and after the acquisition the company will employ 65 people.
Due Plast is a manufacturer with an extensive know how & capacity within manufacturing of presentation and profiling products.
We see the acquisition as a perfect match; we get stronger foothold in strategically important Industries and we are able to offer our customers a range of new opportunities and solutions.
